Luftfahrerschein; Beantragung der Verlängerung, Erneuerung oder Erweiterung der Erlaubnis oder Berechtigung

Erlaubnisse für Luftfahrer werden unbefristet erteilt. Darin eingetragene Berechtigungen sind in der Regel jedoch befristet und müssen regelmäßig verlängert werden.

Description

Erlaubnisse für Segelflugzeug- und Ballonpiloten werden unbefristet erteilt. Die Rechte dieser Erlaubnisse dürfen allerdings nur ausgeübt werden, wenn der Erlaubnisinhaber innerhalb einer bestimmten Frist eine bestimmte fliegerische Mindesterfahrung nachweisen kann.

Erlaubnisse für Motorflugzeugführer und Hubschrauberführer werden ebenfalls unbefristet erteilt. Darin eingetragene Berechtigungen sind jedoch in der Regel befristet und müssen verlängert werden. Für die Verlängerung gelten je nach Berechtigung unterschiedliche Anforderungen.

Fachliche Voraussetzungen

Je nach Erlaubnis und Berechtigung Nachweis einer bestimmten Anzahl von Flugstunden, Starts und Landungen sowie von Schulungsflügen mit Fluglehrer oder Prüfer oder eine Befähigungsüberprüfung mit einen anerkannten Prüfer.

Procedure

Das Formular ist zusammen mit den dort genannten Unterlagen beim Luftamt einzureichen. Nach Prüfung der Unterlagen erfolgt der beantragte Eintrag in Privatpilotenlizenz.

Deadlines

Die Verlängerung von Berechtigungen ist vor Ablauf von deren Gültigkeit vorzunehmen. Eine Berechtigung, deren Gültigkeit abgelaufen ist, kann ggf. nur noch unter erschwerten Bedingungen erneuert werden.
