Wenn Sie Humanmedizin, Zahnmedizin oder Pharmazie studiert haben und Ihr Zeugnis oder Ihren Anrechnungsbescheid verloren haben, können Sie eine Zweitschrift bzw. eine Zweitausfertigung beantragen.
Description
Nach Verlust eines Zeugnisses kann die Ausstellung einer Zweitschrift beantragt werden.
Bei Verlust eines Anrechnungsbescheides ist eine Zweitausfertigung zu beantragen.
Procedure
Die Zweitschrift muss über das Formblatt unter "Formulare" beantragt werden.
Die Zweitausfertigung des Anrechnungsbescheides kann formlos per E-Mail beim Landesprüfungsamt beantragt werden.
