Die Systembetreuung plant, installiert, konfiguriert und pflegt die IT-Infrastruktur der kommunalen Behörde. Zur IT-Infrastruktur können neben Arbeitsplatz-PC auch Server, Speichersysteme, Netzwerke und Telekommunikationssysteme gehören.
